Shipping & returns

The products are available from stock. Delivery is within a week after receipt of payment.
When the product is sold out, we will inform you about this and agree on a new delivery time. If you want to have the product earlier, you will have to contact the direct sales points, which can be found at: www.fireknockout.com.

At a delivery address outside the Netherlands, the shipping costs are on request.
You can request this shipping by sending an email to info@fireknockout.com.

The following applies to returns:

Articles can be returned within a period of 10 days after delivery, unless articles have been specially ordered for the customer. The item to be returned must be properly packaged and sufficiently stamped and sent back to the sender.
Refund of the purchase amount will only take place if the item is intact and received by us in the original packaging. The invoice is credited, with the shipping costs incurred by FKO Facilities being borne by the customer.
